Announcing flyio, an R Package to interact with data in the cloud
Himanshu Sikaria
Growing as a team and company at Atlan, we faced the same problems that any other organization faces whenever big data is in the picture—how to analyze with TBs of data faster, without making any local copies.
We solved the problem by building flyio, which is an open source R package that helps us interact with data in the cloud. Currently, it supports AWS S3 and Google Cloud Storage.
